Unfortunately there have been more incidents of bike theft in the Wilmslow area
On 11.12.2013 Offenders forced a side gate at a property in Bourne Street and then forced the shed lock. Two bikes were stolen.
On 11.12.2013 three pushbikes were stolen from a detached garage over the last five days from the Altrincham Road area
Overnight on 10.12.2013 the roof has been taken off a shed situated in the Oak Lane area of Wilmslow and two pushbikes stolen. A black Focus Merluza road bike worth £550 and a blue trek bike worth £100. This is the third incident of a shed break in the last few days.
On 10.12.2013 at 19.50hrs an offender found an insecure Audi on the driveway of a house in the Kingsbury Drive area of Wilmslow and stole perfume, wine and clothing from the front seat and the boot. With Christmas approaching please make sure that vehicles are left locked and alarmed
On 9.12.2013 another report has come into police from the Racecourse Road area of Wilmslow re a theft from shed. This is the second incident in a couple of days. Offenders have entered the insecure shed and removed a Rock Rider mountain bike. They did not take the two other bikes in the shed or the power tools. Obviously respectable bikes are on the thieves shopping lists. Make sure your shed is as secure as it can be and remove high performance bikes to the garage until after Christmas
